Hi where are you from, how old you are and how old you skate?

Hi!

I am 53 years young skaterboy from Finland.

tell us something about your beginnings on skateboard why and when did you started, what was your spot to skate these days

I used to live in Kerava, about 60 km to Hellsinki Finlands capital. I started skating back in 1988. I saw other kids that they have skateboards and i really wanna try it. I fell love for it straight away!  We used to meet "Aurinkomäki" because then we dont have cellphones. Then we went to skate some spots. At Kerava there is not that much spots or we dont know how to skate them.

.You collect oldschool skate stuff tell us more about that and which stuff is most precious for you

I still have my first deck and Wheels. I love stickers and other skate related stuff, so i have lots of  decks, Wheels, trucks, stickers, skatemags and other oldschool skatetuff. I think my precious thing is my first deck! That is Alva Jim Murphy. It has Independent trucks, Vision Blurr wheels, and Nmb bearings. I bought it from Radical sport. It was skateshop at kerava. That's why my nickname is Radmike.

i saw you video on miniramp you have your own style who inspired you in skateboarding? whats your best skaters..

Bill Danforth is the main reason why i skate like that! He is fucking BOSS!!! I also like Mike Vallely. Met him couple of times and got small part of his video "Drive".  There is too many mention! In Finland i really like to watch when Eniz Fazliov, Eetu Toropainen and Joni Laurinen skates! And i almost forket Pat Duffy!!! He lives in Finland. Awesome friend and skater! And hey Heili Sirviö!!!! She is awesome ripper too!

.street or park? which you prefer the most?

Now i live in Lohja, about 60 km from Hellsinki. We have one park and maybe 10 streetspots. Then we have 2 miniramps about 15 minutes from my house. When there is miniramp and i got my board whit me i will skate it! I like to skate everything. I even got a Slalom board!

tell us something about your local scene. which spots are your best to skate

Here Lohja we have small but good skatescene. Like i said there is not too many spots. I like to do longdistance skateboarding also. I skate whatever is avaible. 

What do you think about skateboarding in the olympics?

I think that skateboarding is not a sport, but i dont hate when it goes to Olympics. I i even got to host girls park in Finnish television!

.your best music to skate?

I really like Heavymetal, Skatepunk, or other loud music when i skate! Some times we listen Eurotechno!!!
