Interview Josh Singleton aka Dagger Wolf

Hi for first thank you for your time . Tell us where are you from ,how old you are, how old you skate?

I'm from Weatherford Tx, 31 years old and have been skating 18 years.

Where do you started skating -what was your best spots on beggining and tell something about your local scene then and now?

I started skating street in a mostly bombing hills and skate ditches. I skated a bunch of lousy gaps and whatever stair sets that were around me. The scene has grown and became a lot more welcoming over there years. Where I'm at now we've been building stuff for our local skatepark since it's been pretty lousy over the years and working on getting a concrete a skatepark next year.

Tell us something about your brand Dagger Wolf @DaggerWolf

Dagger wolf is just a clothing company I made cuz all my friends had board companies or other skateboard brands and it is going to fit in the middle and allowed me to work with all kinds of homies that had their own brands. We sponsor a few skaters throughout Texas and Oklahoma. We used to host a lot of local events and got people from all over even driving as far as 5 hours away to come to our events but it's been a while since I've got to put on a very large event.

Who doing a desings for your brand? Its all your work or anybody else?

I create most of the designs but also frenzel make designs for me here and there. I'm also usually the one screen printing our t-shirts and doing embroidery on our hats.

Whats your best skate artists?

Gonz, Templeton of course. My homie Chris Ochoa (@cro8ive)

Your top 5 skate graphics.

Can't say a top five favorite for one of my favorite of all times is the Jamie Thomas zero graphic or he's skating down the 20 stair rail.

Whats your inspiration in skateboarding and life?

Honestly just trying to inspire other people to make stuff and do what they enjoy don't let anything hold them back. Same with life I got a bunch of little kids at home trying to show them how to be themselves and try anything they want to try.

Your best music to skate ?

I don't really listen to music while I skate anymore cuz I normally skate with a bunch of homies but I usually listen to a lot of metal or hip-hop music.

Did you prefer parks or street ?which you like the most?

Lately parks just because I can skate some ramps and not worry about getting hurt. I love pushing down the street and skating some sketchy spot when I have a chance tho.

Whats Your favourite spot actually ?

Honestly the Debbie ramp at Lewisville is probably one of my favorite ever to skate.

What do you think about the skateboarding in the olympics?

I kind of don't care either way skateboarding skateboarding people are going to make it a competition so I mean I guess it's cool it's there it's more people into it right?

Last words greetings etc…feel free to write what you want .

Thanks for the interview and all not too much to add just keep on skating have fun make art enjoy life.
